Prompt response and complete site inspection, easily the lowest quote, fully detailed proposal, colour selection brochure, no pressure, prompt start and timely finish, gave a referral to another job in the area. No problems in recommending this company to anyone. You'd be mad to use anyone else. The only ones to actually go onto the roof to inspect for any peculiarities and even left some colour matched tiles if we break any in the future. Ranking? 11 out of 10. None of the other companies, several of whom who didn't even respond to request, went on roof and then gave a vague ballpark figure that was much more than Dura Tex.Roland S
