So many terrible things....Very pushy to get the job in the first place, to the point of phoning as late as 11pm to start the next day. Had no insurance, as they sent me an out of date invoice as proof hoping I wouldn't notice. After our letterbox had been damaged they denied any responsibility but worse, then threatened me if I wrote a bad review!!! Romeo told me he would go and see my elderly mother (whose house they had done the work at) if I wrote anything negative after i was discussing the letterbox. after he hung up on me when I asked him what did he intend on doing if he went to speak to my Mother, he then phoned me back a while later to say 'write what you want, i don't care, i have lots of work anyway and happy customers. Not this one that's for sure. Should have gone with my gut instinct, they were too cheap and you get what you pay for.Lisa H
