I believe insurance is very important when dealing with clients. Not only for myself but I want each and every client to feel safe.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I have known this was the job for me since a little girl. I would make makeup/beauty business cards with a price list on the back. I would get my mum and sisters to lie down while I painted their face. It was hideous but I would make $5 from them most nights and I did what I loved!

There are so many customer stories that I have! (All good ones)!  The best would be receiving messages the next day from a client saying how much they loved their makeup!  I absolutely love sharing stories with my customers!

What do you like most about your job?

I get to meet a new face everyday. Every person is different, every conversation is different.  When I see the way each client looks at themselves in the mirror at the end of a make over is my favourite part of my job. It's the sparkle in their eye.

They should ask me what products I use and how much I charge. It's also important to show me a photo of the desired look they want to achieve.

I often get clients asking me what what brand products I use. I use a variety of my products. I mainly use M.A.C, Inglot, Napoleon Perdis, Laura Mercier. Anastasia Beverly Hills.

I am an honest individual and I'm definitely reliable. I can say to this date I have never canceled on a client last minute.  Someone else's special day is important to me and it gives me joy being part of it and feeling trusted so I would never break that.

Skin allergies are very important before quoting a job. Some products do not work well on certain skin types. It is very important to inform me if you will be requiring anything in particular.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

I don't believe a customer can save money on a makeup service. If I was to give any tips it would be NOT to wax their brows the day before they are getting their makeup done. It's almost impossible for foundation to stick on the waxed section!

My pricing is affordable. I use only high end makeup products and I spend quality time with each client. I use high quality lashes.

Bridal makeup may vary depending on the amount of time and also the amount of people in each bridal party.  My pricing may also vary depending on location.

I specialise in both Bridal and Formal Makeup. I have had 6 years experience working with Bridal parties. I also do several Formal Makeup's.

Pana holds several qualifications and has worked amongst two reputable makeup companies. Not only does she hold a Certificate in Makeup and Skincare she also has a Certificate 4 in Beauty Therapy. She knows how to work with every skin type and understands skin better than anyone.
