Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

I have business insurance and I can only do as much as my client offers the correct information. I do have auditing insurance.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Always dabbled with numbers. Always made sense to me. Loved being a swimming teacher and horse riding but I needed to make some decent money. Working for other accountants I felt trapped, so working in my own firm allows me to be flexible with my coworkers as well as my own life.

Helping people, its nice to see the relief on their faces when I can put them at easy with their tax issues.

How do I make an appointment? I use calendly.com/easytaxsolutionz How much do I charge? That depends on the job. If it isn't a wage only return then its $110 per hour.

I never disclose information to anyone. I am dealing with someones livelihood and I don't think it is right to gossip about my clients. I work with a team so if it is a tax query and needs to be discussed we chat within the business walls.

We are approachable and speak in our clients language. We get your work done as quickly as we can We offer a fair and reasonable price We offer an on line service so you don't have to waste your time driving to the accountants office, we can see you via video or just speak over the phone.

If they are a wage earner; do they have rental properties do they have shares - have they bought and sold throughout the year or are they just collecting dividends do they run a business or earn other income other than their wages. do they have a SMSF do they use a bookkeeping system.

By being organised with their paper work. Ask questions of what they need to bring to the appointment. If having to change the appointment to make sure this is done at least a day before to avoid a cancellation fee

What makes your pricing competitive?

I charge a realistic price. I have worked on and off for other firms and they don't seem to be in the real world, and increase their fees each year. They price themselves out of the market.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Invoice my clients via xero which allows my clients to pay via bank deposit or via credit card. If face to face I accept cash as well

We are an on line and face to face company. We specialise in Self Managed Superfunds using BGL and all other tax returns and business accounts using xero which means that you and I can both see the accounts and work together as a team to make sure we get things right.

Tax and BAS agents and CPA qualified. We belong to NTAA. We have over 30 years experience in tax. We keep up with all the new rules in Self managed superfunds, along with business tax returns and individual. We keep up with all the latest do's and don'ts.
