  The Edge Performance guys are amazing! This is the level of service and expertise that all gyms should be offering - from workout goals and plans to nutrition advice - and all the support along the way! Highly recommended!

  The trainers at Edge Performance and Health design a program that's right for you and your goals. They constantly check in with you to make sure you're doing well and tailor nutrition and workouts to meet your needs. I haven't experienced this level of care and attention at any gym. It makes me want to get up early and smash out a session! Highly recommended if your looking for something to change the way you look at fitness & overall health.

  I think the gym is fantastic. The best guys to train with who take the time to learn your individual goals and limits. They work exactly to those and deliver far more. I recommend them even more than 5 stars!
