  I wanted a career change and as I always love fitness and I enjoying meeting new people personal training was obviously the way to go..

• Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

  All my Cystic Fibrosis clients are special. Their struggles just to breath when I first start with them to sprinting, basically improving their level of fitness to where they start doing our Bootcamp classes. Client who lost 40kg in 12 weeks is also very special.
