  I always ahd a thing for sports and science but it wasn't till I had a back accident that I began to study it for my own health. I just kept challenging myself to better and know more. In the mid 90's I was I had a nasty back accident and had to learn to walk again. I had put on a fair amount of weight and wanted to get back to my prior self.
