  Sadly, the cleaning provided by this company was terrible. And they also tried to add on charges to my bill when they arrived at the property, knowing too well at that stage I couldn't say No. I should have known at that stage to just ask them to leave and not do any cleaning. I absolutely would not recommend them to anyone. I'd issues with damage which I've addressed with the company. Then the list from the estate agent was so long I ended up doing the cleaning myself. A few examples are walls weren't cleaned, nor were the windows, ceiling fan wasn't cleaned, the bathroom was half cleaned, etc. I 100% regret hiring them for a bond clean as my kids would do a better job than they did. I should have saved myself the money as I ended up having to do it myself anyway.

  Hi Claire, Thank you for the feedback. We provided you our checklist before you book the service which clearly mentioned our standard inclusion. The extra money was quoted for wall wash as the condition of wall was pretty bad. You agreed and advised us to do a wall wash which you never paid for it. After finishing the job, we tried calling you several times, left several text and email but never replied us and never raised your concern about the cleaning issues. We clearly mentioned you during the service booking that we had 7 days guarantee for all our work, if you had such issues you should have contact us to rectify the issue. You send us the photos of the blinds with a tangle cord claiming that it was a damage from us and we offered you compensation for it which you accept it and I am not sure why you raised the cleaning issue now and never before this.   Fantastic experience - Excellent responses, Excellent team lead by Yashana - came promptly on time as committed and was efficient identifying some issues with the carpet and advised how it can be fixed. Cleaned stains that 2 previous carpet cleaners had failed to clean. I inspected but did not pick up some small issues that I should have so they could be fixed immediately. Messaged Elite and her at 8 pm and with absolutely no hesitation committed to come and fix them the next morning. All done now ... I will not hesitate to recommend Elite and Yashana's team and will take a call as required to reference.
