  The single most asked question we receive is; "What is my house worth?" At Elite Real Estate, we will provide you with a real time Comparative Market Appraisal (CMA). This CMA compares recently sold properties with similar features (eg. number of beds, bathrooms, pool etc...), comparisons of similar properties on the market at that time, and provides a profile of the suburb. We will then use our experience of the market to provide an accurate appraisal of what we believe the property can be sold for.
