What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?
The Event Design team have over 10 years of industry experience. Our Founder, Ally, has worked with some of the biggest blue-chip organisations in Australia and loves nothing more than styling something special. Logistics and Operations are our back bone, we won't miss a beat.
Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
The Event Design team all hold a specific set of skills, which allows us to work across Corporate events, product launches, outdoor activations, Gala dinners, Christmas Parties, Weddings, Engagement and Birthdays.
How do you normally charge for your service?
We don't have a set fee structure - how great is that! We work within your needs if you're looking for the whole shebang - end to end we are there. If you just need a helping set of on-site hands or someone to point you in the right direction we have a tiny fee for that. Only pay for what you need!
What makes your pricing competitive?
We keep our overheads low so that you are only paying for the experienced staff - not the office rent.
How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
1. Chat to us before you lock in your venue/suppliers - we have industry rates
2. We can bundle up costs for you and negotiate discounts
3. We know the industry, therefore we know where the hidden fees are that you shouldn't be paying ;)
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
1. Event Type and Size, how many people are coming
2. Your estimated Budget
3. Event Location, even if its just 'Sydney'
4. How much help you need
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
We have Public Liability insurance, and we will ensure all of the suppliers we bring on board are also covered.
What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
We are real people! You have our direct mobile numbers and we LOVE to hear from you, even if its something small. Don't let it stress you out, we are here to help and put your mind at ease.
