We are fully insured for public liability to $20,000,000 and 10 year structural g'tee. The QBCC is the regulator of the building industry in Queensland, issuing our licence , providing a free dispute resolution service and administering a home warranty scheme to provide insurance cover.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I grew up with my dad driving around looking for land to develop and or build, so it has been in the family for many years. It was natural that the tradition would continue.

There are so man,y but the young couple who came to us and had very little deposit for a home. Within 12 months they were in their new home with a baby and 2 years later asking our advice on an investment property. Fantastic motivation from them  Just great job satisfaction in those kind of stories.

The satisfaction that the joy on the clients face brings as we hand over the keys! Nothing beats the palpable excitement of the dream coming to reality. Always a very happy time and one we don't forget.

Is the a "turnkey price" or house only? Does this price cover site preparation fees like soil test engineers report site works? Are external works included fencing landscaping? Can I do any work my self? Does the builder have insurance license and warranty?  Can I speak with any of your past clients

Q. What should I look at first the land or the house? A. Always a conundrum but land is finite source and we can build something on any allotment to suit you. So as the land is the constant and the home is variable look for the land in the neighborhood you love first.

To ensure your get an accurate quote we meet with you and discuss you wishes: size in square metres, type of finishes, any add-ons like pool or 3rd bathroom and so on. Once we have an idea of your requirements we can than proceed to have plans drawn and quote prepared

1/ Talk to us about land as we are in touch with most Brisbane developers and may be able to negotiate a deal.  2/ Having a design example for the floor plan you want will save on drafting fees. 3/ Organising a pre-approval for financing your home allows the process to happen much faster.
