  My first meeting with Exclusive real estate was around October 2009 when I made an offer on an apartment that they were selling. Awkwardly, another buyer had put a deposit on this property before I did so I missed out but, finally bought another apartment in the area and when it was time for me to get it rented out; I contacted Exclusive real estate first based on my positive experience with them. My agent was a welcoming, prompt, specialized who have found me a suitable tenant in less than 2 weeks with a rental income that was above my initial estimates. I was delighted with his competence in providing such an exceptional service and therefore I knew I made the right choice in getting my property managed by this agency.

  I put my assets in 2010 just beforehand Christmas, up for sale. The astonishing sale team sold it surrounded by 4 days. It vended for well over the estimated price and we couldn't trust how great the sales team functioned to get the best offer. After 4 months watching to buy, I ring Alex to exchange my new assets in which we bought at a sensible price. Excessive sales team. Thank you very much
