How did you decide to get into your line of work?

One client went from never going to the gym before to completing a Tough Mudder race in under a year. More than that, in the process he lost 13kg, gained the confidence to get a promotion at work and became a centre of positive influence with his friends and family joining gyms also.

The rewarding feeling of helping someone achieve their goal. To me, it is the most meaningful work I can do. Helping someone lose 25kg. Helping someone do their first chinup. Helping someone get through their day without lower back pain. It's simply the best.

1. Get clear on your goals; what you want to achieve and by when. Most importantly, why you want to achieve them. 2. Don't waste money on any pills or potions promising results that seem too good to be true. The usually are! 3. Sleep better. Prioritising sleep is a big deal for your health.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We use a weekly direct debit system with multiple pricing options to suit your needs. There are no lock-in contracts and I rely on providing exceptional results and satisfaction to retain clients.  There are also two special packages available: - Headstart (3-session intro) - 28-day Fat-Loss Blitz (month long rapid fat loss coaching).

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

I specialise in coaching for results. Working with you, never against you. Pushing, but not shoving. Guiding, not forcing.  I mostly work with busy professionals, helping them with a range of goals from fat-loss to increasing muscle mass. At the centre of everything is long-term results, provided by a completed individual and holistic approach for each client.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I've worked as a personal trainer for over 7 years, through 6 different gyms with over 200 different clients. I also hold a Bachelor of Exercise Science from the University of Sydney.
