Frequently Asked Questions
Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?
For you to succeed, we need two things: to get you results and for you to enjoy the process. Check out my website www.execperformance.com.au/happy-clients to hear from past and present clients to decide whether I'm the right person for you.
What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?
I've worked as a personal trainer for over 7 years, through 6 different gyms with over 200 different clients. I also hold a Bachelor of Exercise Science from the University of Sydney.
Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
I specialise in coaching for results. Working with you, never against you. Pushing, but not shoving. Guiding, not forcing.
I mostly work with busy professionals, helping them with a range of goals from fat-loss to increasing muscle mass. At the centre of everything is long-term results, provided by a completed individual and holistic approach for each client.
How do you normally charge for your service?
We use a weekly direct debit system with multiple pricing options to suit your needs. There are no lock-in contracts and I rely on providing exceptional results and satisfaction to retain clients.
There are also two special packages available:
- Headstart (3-session intro)
- 28-day Fat-Loss Blitz (month long rapid fat loss coaching).
How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
1. Get clear on your goals; what you want to achieve and by when. Most importantly, why you want to achieve them.
2. Don't waste money on any pills or potions promising results that seem too good to be true. The usually are!
3. Sleep better. Prioritising sleep is a big deal for your health.
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
It would be great to know what you want to achieve and the timeframe you're after. A brief outline of where you are now and any specifics of your current health status will allow me to provide an accurate quote.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
Yes, I'm fully insured as an Exercise Professional and Executive Performance is a registered Australian business.
I take pride in my service and am confident you'll enjoy the results - if you're not satisfied I'll return your money, no questions asked.
What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
My approach is all about you. I aim to provide a safe, effective and enjoyable path to get you to your goal. Everything I provide is scientifically proven and designed to be sustainable for the long-term.
What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?
- What is your assessment process? A qualified trainer should always have an interview process and find out more about you before prescribing any exercises or diets.
- Find out more about their experience. Have they worked with someone like you before?
What do you like most about your job?
The rewarding feeling of helping someone achieve their goal. To me, it is the most meaningful work I can do. Helping someone lose 25kg. Helping someone do their first chinup. Helping someone get through their day without lower back pain. It's simply the best.
Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
One client went from never going to the gym before to completing a Tough Mudder race in under a year. More than that, in the process he lost 13kg, gained the confidence to get a promotion at work and became a centre of positive influence with his friends and family joining gyms also.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I grew up very shy and unconfident in myself. Fitness was my only escape. There's quite a story about it on my website if you're interested. www.execperformance.com.au/why
