We hired the firm to locate and fix a problem of a bad smell/sewer gas in our top bathroom. They came and at a cost of over $10,000 found and fixed fixed a leaking pipe leading to the Water board sewage pipe. Apparently that fixed THAT problem. They overcharged us by about $1400 by way of a billing error. Guess what. The sewer gas smell is even worse now. They will not make a time to come and check the work, they will no explain why they havent fixed the problem and they will not refund the money owing to us and they will not return our calls and texts. We feel very unhappy. Next step is Fair Trading. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.Nhung

Hired them last year to look at our solar hot water system as our power bills were extremely high. They did some work and installed a hot water system which has been faulty since installed and they said this would fix my issues. The hot water system they installed was not the one we asked for, and it is faulty (my hot water is brown). My power bill has not reduced. I have called them constantly over the last year and they do not pick up my calls. They only have picked up my call when i used new (unknown to them) numbers. In these 2 instances when i finally spoke to them they offered to come but did not show up. Also they have diagnosed another plumbing issue with a very high quote to fix and said it was really important to fix it. We have had a few other plumbers look at this issue since and have informed me that the diagnoses was inaccurate and not even close to the actual issue. The issue of faulty sewerage pipes could be fixed for us by Sydney water for no cost.Kevin Z
