  DO NOT USE DEN SERVICES I repeat do not use Den Services for your plumping needs. This shonki company installed an evaporative cooling system for me. On their arrive they quoted me an extra $350 on the spot for an adaptor which i needed for the install. A little hard to say no when you have already payed for half the install before they come out. I just let that one ride, now nine months later i receive call from my Tennant complaining about water gushing from the gutters. Lucky the neighbors were home and were smart enough to switch off the mains. I started ringing DS Plumping from 8.30am to 4.00pm. I continued to ring them to the hour most times twice an hour, i left a message just about every time and I still haven't received a call back. So much for their warranty on there workmanship!! A unit that is less than 9 months old has cost me hundreds to repair because of an installation fault. For something that is under warranty I had to call another plumper to fix their poor quality of work. You get no customer service or warranty with your installation as they won't even answer or return your calls. Do your self a favor and call anyone but these guys.
