not by the hour but by the state it and the size of it and what they required. we have different packages on offer and extra services ie polish, shampoo.under the bonnet.
What makes your pricing competitive?
they say you only get what you pay for. NOT TRUE compared to others we and very well priced so that our customers come back knowing they are getting value for money.
Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?
regular customers have a loyalty program where after 5 washes the six one is free to the value of $60, how business are not included. unless they is at least 10 cars or 4x4, suv within the company.
How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
1.remove all items out of car and boot. if really dirty give quick wash down (4x4 full of mud.) the more you can do to assist me the cheaper for you.
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
type of car, size of car, condition of car ie (cars with pet hair extra charge) the level of service required. NOTE WE TO NOT REMOVE CHILD SAFETY SEATS.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
like most people they car is they pride and joy i have two elder ladies who i clean there cars and after they give me a cup of tea and cake they are funny and kind. and i also help them with a few hard jobs around the house and yard. REMEMBER WE WILL BE OLD ONE DAY.
