ABOUT ME I am an independent registered architect with more than 19 years of relevant industry experience and hundreds of completed projects. My design philosophy is to provide simple, down-to-earth architecture that satisfies the client’s needs and that does not cost a fortune. I normally charge my customers a fixed fee that is proportional to the complexity of the project. I also try to estimate all design costs upfront as much as reasonably possible to avoid unpleasant surprises later down the track. No job is too big or too small for me. Even in small projects we need to assemble a team of consultants (such as engineers, surveyors and others). I can assist you by recommending people with whom I have already worked with in the past or you can bring your own team on board if you prefer. I accept terms of payment such as cash, credit card and direct deposit.
