  I engaged Faraj Lawyers after being assured by Ahmed that he would personally handle my case. Unfortunately, that did not happen. My matter was handed off to junior lawyers, and from my experience, the work was often done at the last minute. Important details were missed, key points were not raised, and there was no sense of proper oversight or continuity. Overall, I felt the handling of my case was disorganised and below the standard I expected. In my personal experience, the service came across as highly unprofessional and left me feeling unsupported during a stressful time.

  Ahmad’s team has been excellent throughout the entire process—responsive, supportive, and highly professional. Ahmad performed exceptionally well during the first hearing. When we had some documents missing, Yara quickly handled the issue and secured them on the same day. Chanel was consistently responsive and guided us clearly at each step.
