  At our first meeting, Adrian put me on a completely different program with less emphasis on big lifting and more on core strength and balance. I never would have come up with anything like that on my own by reading web sites, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Not only that, his infectious positive energy makes every session with him a real pleasure.
