  The reason why I decided to start seeing fabio was because I saw how much fun his clients were having while he was trainning them! I have trained with Fabio 3 times a week for the past six months and I have come so far. He always pushes me to achieve results.. he explains how and why the excercises work so that I learn and always gives me advice on diet. Most importantly we are always having a good laugh and havng fun. Fabio is an awesome trainer and one of the nicest guys you will ever meet!

  Fabio offered me a free first session, so I decided to check it out and see what training with a PT was like. It's been about a month now and I see Fabio once every week, training with him has been very fun and rewarding. He is very easy to work with and has a positive attitude and is always pushing me to the maximum within my limits. I started off as a beginner at the gym, but after training with Fabio for a month, I have learnt a lot and am much more comfortable at the gym! Can't recommend Fabio enough!
