  Very happy with Ashley's service. It is exactly what I was after. I have completed 3 sessions now and feel like Ashley is very competent and skilled at helping me to the best of my ability ensuring I am challenged and motivated. In particular, I was quite worried about returning to exercise as I have some current injuries, have now found I needn't have worried as Ashley seems to have personal experience with exercising in a beneficial way despite injuries and she has been able to use this to assist me and it doesn't seem so daunting now. Service is absolutely above my expectations.

  I absolutely enjoy these sessions. The variations in a workout session that Ash provides are excellent. I have had many PT & boot camp sessions before but the training that Ash takes is just fantastic. I now feel that finally I have found someone that can really help me achieve my goals in keeping fit. Ash communicates very well with the team. I love the flexibility that Ash provides. I would recommend Fighting Fit Families to anyone who really wants to get up there and enjoy exercising. Love you Ash!!!
