Our business has insurance.  Our Ceramic Coating product and Paint Protection Film also come with their own separate warranties - the duration of each warranty is dependant on the product.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Having always had a passion for the automotive industry I decided it was time to make my mark!  The pride I feel in my work and the passion my employees have is overwhelming.  To finish a job with a sense of satisfaction and follow that up with customer satisfaction is amazing.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

Having a customer win "Best Bike in Show" at a local event was a great moment for us.  Not only did the customer love the results we delivered, he also got to show it off and take home a trophy to display with pride.  Customer satisfaction is paramount to us.

Once we have completed a vehicle we love the satisfaction of knowing what it looked like before and what it now looks like.  We really enjoy speaking the customer when they collect their vehicle and getting their opinion on the results.

Sometimes it isn't a specific question to be asked, rather a rapport with the service provider.  We pride ourselves on our customer service skills.  We are happy to answer any questions you may have about our services, techniques and products used.

The most common question is in regards to the cost.  We can provide estimates however will not be able to accurately quote the vehicle until we see it. We are also asked about our location - we are close to public transport and, if possible, we will happily transport you to your desired location.

When booking in your vehicle we won't 'squeeze' you in and rush the job.  We will make an appointment for you taking into account your availability and also other work we may have on.  Our location is secure and your vehicle will always be treated with respect.

We are often asked the difference between our service and the services provided as shopping centre wash bays.  Our answer is simple - passion and attention to detail.  We want our customers to drive away 100% satisfied with the quality of our work and also the experience.

We want to know what results you are after.   If you have had your vehicle detailed in the past and not been happy - tell us what the problem was so we can ensure we don't do the same. Viewing the vehicle is necessary for an accurate quote.

Be specific with your requirements so we can quote accordingly. If the vehicle is particularly dirty (ie: muddy 4wd) you could clean off as much mud as possible.

Our quotes are all individual and according to the needs of the customer.  Each job is individual and requires specific attention to certain aspects. The results of our work will not disappoint.

All services are priced according to each individual job.  Without seeing a vehicle we can only provide an estimate.  We like to take the time to discuss what you are specifically looking for - we then provide a quote according to your desires and the individual job itself.

Our skills in paint correction are what make us stand out - swirl mark removal, hologram removal, light scratch removal etc.  We have great pride in our work and won't promise the world if it simply can't be done, however, we take the time to discuss with you what results could be achieved.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Our staff have many different skills and have been working for years to fine tune their techniques.  We are Approved Detailers and Master Applicators for IGL Coating systems as well as being accredited to install 3M Paint Protection Film.
