I am a female personal trainer in Alamanda estate, Point cook. I have been in the fitness industry for the past 4 years and have furthered my studies into Nutrition. I specialize in body transformations for both weight loss and muscle gain.
Having worked in gyms in the past, I have the experience to work to each persons goal and tailor programs to suit your personal needs. I have now branched out to my own home studio, making time more flexible and all sessions private.
Past clients have lost 20+kgs with myself as well as drop body fat % down to 16%. All my clients have results and I work closely with your nutrition as well as your training.
Measurements and weigh in's are done on a regular basis, making sure you are keeping on track with reaching your goals.

Tahlie has been my personal trainer for over six months now and i am so thankful i started with her. I feel more positive, energised, happier not to mention healthier than ever. I was hesitant at first to see a PT but after our first session a month ago I'm so happy I found Tahlie, every session is hard, but fun. She caters for your needs and it's refreshing to have someone who knows when to push you, along with being extremely knowledgable ! She has a great set up which I prefer to a crowded gym. You couldn't get a better trainer !
