How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I firstly got into this line of work after teaching group fitness for two years. My boss at the time thought i'd be really good at it. I haven't looked back since. I love working with people

I don't just work with clients to bring physical change but their mindset as well. I'm a strong believer that how we appear externally is a direct reflection of how our mind is. If the mind is healthy the body will be strong.

We charge specifically for the job but our basic prices go off a little more than a dollar a minute. However if you have a friend it'll be a bit more expensive.

I have 6 years experience in the Sport and Recreational Industry, experience as a competitive bodybuilder, certificate 3 and 4, training in military environments.
