Yes each of our trainers are fully qualified and carry Public Liability Insurance of $10 million and Professional Indemnity Insurance of $5 million with an appropriate insurance company.   If you follow the plan with regular training you will achieve your goals.

You need to advise us how many weeks you want to train. Are you looking to train for just a short period 4 to 6 weeks or 12 weeks or more. It would also be good to know how often you wish to train and if it will be just you or you and a friend or partner.

We offer Casual, 3 month and 6 month membership terms. Our rates range from $75 to $90 per session one-on-one or if two or more add an extra $25 per person.
