  Whatever type of gym person you are Eddie is the man for you. He pushes you hard, he makes you laugh, he guides you every step of the way. Small group classes available, cardio, strength, one on one PT and my 9 year old son who is on the Autism Spectrum loves every minute of his training.

  Well what can I say? This is an amazing place. My son started here five weeks ago and his confidence is going through the roof. He has no left-hand and yet was like Eddie. He helps to adapt and do anything he chooses to do. He created a new lifting piece of equipment so that he can actually help lift weights with his hand. I too I’m getting some benefit out of it while he’s teaching my son How to achieve running building strength in his legs and arms. He’s also giving me some tips on how to reduce My tummy the workout was great. I came home With achy muscles Eddie‘s patience and understanding With what clients need is amazing The idea of my son training and me training along siding is so enjoyable. This is the best PT session I would recommend it to all kids. It builds their confidence and it’s great to see them walk out with a smile on their face thanks Eddie and the team for all you do for my son Nicolas
