Horrible , not flat rate. A lot of hidden charges. Very very slow. Really wanted a lot of time. Needed to be supervised . Ended up costing double of what they quoted . Stay away. Refused to provide invoice for the job.

Very bad service. Late arriving. Very slow moving. Fake website. Added costs that were not included in the quote. 2 pieces of furniture damaged in the move(kitchen table and full length mirror). I have tried calling and messaging and have sent photos of the damage but they will not answer the phone or reply to messages. I have given them heaps of time and opportunity to ring and sort this out amicably but they will not respond. I am now going through the Dept of Consumer Affairs to try to sort this out. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Will update this review if they sort the problems out.
