How many bedrooms, bathrooms, how many rooms of carpet, is there a garage/carport, are there patios/balconies, hi or low set house, any pets, has the house been kept clean during tenancy.

sometimes there is not enough time to do anything before the cleaners come in. The 3 things tips i would offer is pressure clean the outside of the house when possible. Vacuum and mop floors and skirtings. Keep fans, light and air conditioners clean.

Cleaning is performed to a high quality professional standard at all times. We know what the real estates cleaning standards are so when you use a cheap cleaner you are leaving yourself open to a unsatisfactory outcome that the real estate is not happy with. This in turn will cost you more.

Once job is completed a invoice will be issued with an itemised account. We have the option of paying by portable eftpos or by direct debit. Arrangements can be also made with real estates to have payment taken out of bond. Terms and conditions apply
