  My experience was the opposite of these " positive reviews " On.closer inspection,of these reviews ,it looks very likely these are disingenuous...sentence structure, punctuation , grammar and coincidentally the same length of review I'd bet for sure, that these are fake reviews These guys turned up late ,one smoking and the other with virtually No English They trouble communicating which caused issues with the larger Items. Overcharged , adding an extra $100 for a " heavy lifting fee " for a couch , which was a standard Ikea 3 seater , light to be honest Ridiculous service , never hardback after multiple calls regarding the broken mirror and large dent in fridge ...complete and utter cons, who hire untrained backpackers

  I have read some good reviews about this moving company so I decided to hire them when I moved from Perth to Melbourne. Since I wasn’t always at home, I wasn’t able to pack all my stuff but their packing service did the entire job for me. To say the least, I was very impressed that all my stuff survived the long journey. I absolutely recommend this company for their great service and great price.

  Over the past two years, Fragile has been my choice when it comes to removalist service. The team from Fragile is very efficient and works despite extreme conditions. Their rates are lower than other removalist companies and they even give discounts to returning customers. I am very happy that I have known these guys and I encourage my friends to give them a call if they need their service.

  When I moved from Mansfield to Caufield some time ago, I was really impressed by the service I had with this removalist company that I decided to hire them again on another occasion. Their service was prompt and arrived with a huge truck that accommodated all my stuff. The team even helped me pack some of the stuff I wasn’t able to pack without any additional charge.

  I was very impressed by the work that the lads from the moving company I hired. However, upon checking my account it seemed that I was charged twice for the service I had. It was probably just a misunderstanding or a glitch in the system but I am letting the company know about this. Please check on this and let me know if any action has been taken.

  Our company is covered by Transit and Cargo insurance which covers the customers for any damage caused by our negligence. If we break an item dur to negligence, we will have the item repaired or recompensate the customer for the current market value for that item.
