Money charged was higher (170 ex gst) than quoted (100 ex gst) including an unexpected "travel fee". There was a part required (35) so that was unavoidable. Slightly disappointing but since he arrived 2 hours later than arranged I had guests and did not wish to enter into a dispute over payment or time. Polite and clearly experienced but I suggest a firmer agreement prior to using.Terry V
