What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

We need as much information about your pet as possible as all pets are different and need different care. Normally we like to know your pets name, age, breed, sex, and temperament before providing any quote. For dog grooming we also like to know your pets weight, coat length and condition.

We will personalise the gift voucher with your message and post it to you or the recipient. In some circumstances we can personally deliver the gift voucher on your behalf. Dog Walking Have your dog/s walked by a professionally trained dog behaviourist. Teach your dogs not only good manners but also rest assured that your dog is in good hands, all while burning off any excess energy your dog may have. 30 Minutes  $25 45 Minutes $30 60 Minutes  $35 Additional Dog $5   Dog Sitting Service includes daily health check, feeding, giving basic medications, changing of water, 20 minute walk and play time, backyard poo collection, lots of TLC. Pets recive a free bath when booked for 7 days or more. Also provided as a part of the service mail is brought in and bins can be emptied. Once Daily visit  $35 Twice Daily Visit $50*includes 2 walks Additional Dog $5 Additional playtime or walk $15   Cat Sitting Service includes daily health check, Feeding, giving basic medications, changing of water, playtime or cuddles, kitty litter change, daily brushing, also provided as a part of the service mail is brought in and bins can be emptied. Nail Clipping Nail clipping can be a stressful if not frustrating time for pets and pet owners. However keeping your pet's nails neat and tidy is essential for preventing potential problems. We have a variety of nail clippers that suit different pets - from the very small to the very tall.  We can also teach you how to do it if you would prefer to cut them yourself and we come to you! Small animal  $10 Dogs (depended on size)  $10-$20 Cats $10   Other Pet Sitting We cater for all animals including horses, rabbits, rodents, ferrets, birds, guinea pigs as well as excotic pets like snakes and reptiles etc. We clean out any cages, change over any water and feed them as specified. Service also comes with Daily Health Check and bonding time. Once daily visit From $20 Additional caged pet  $5    Overnight Stays Overnight stays are perfect for pets would need extra love and affection in their own homes while their owners are away. This service induces all that’s included in the daily visits, lots of extra TLC and attention as well as basic house keeping from 8pm to 8am. Overnight stays of 5 or more days may be eligible for discounted rate. Up to 2 pets  $50 Additional pet  $10   Mid Day Check Up During the visit we will do whatever you want us to do.
