Yes G Civil are insured, we have our public liability insurance and we also have our work cover insurance for piece of mind.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

As a child I loved excavators. I finished year 12 and wanted to be an excavator operator, after years of doing operating and concreting works for someone else I decided to open my own Civil company and here I am today, hopefully quoting your works and starting onsite soon :)

We have been fortunate enough to be running a very professional and well established business, so all our customers experience this professionalisn so we have many happy customers. Last week I was onsite and a customer offered to make me an iced coffee, that was amazing !!!

Many people don't realise their is cheaper quality concrete, not all concrete is the same quality and strength, there are many concrete plants G Civil wont ever order concrete from because it's weak, inferior and will crack, cheap isn't always quality. Make sure your quote is quality not cheap.

Every job we start always has a supervisor in the crew, the supervisor has a job folder complete with all job details and the signed customer quote so G Civil know exactly what scope of works are to be performed. Our team is reliable and very professional, everything is done to a high standard.

Dimensions of the works, type of material being used, photos of the site and plans of the site is also  preferable, all these items make quoting a quick process.

This depends on the works that is being requested. If the customer is looking to save money before we start it's best to contact us direct, we specialise in excavation, retaining, concreting and fencing so this varies and is difficult to answer as every single job is different.

G Civil as a company is very strategic in how we negotiate lower costs with suppliers and lock them into contracts to avoid price rises, we always ensure we are receiving the best price on materials to ensure our quotes can be competitive.

How do you normally charge for your service?

G Civil will provide a written quote, the quote will then be emailed to the client to sign and return. Once the works are complete 100% of the quoted amount is due the same day the works are complete. A tax invoice will be provided.
