  We originally looked at going with another "Granny Flat" builder but after seeing their builds we decided to look further afield as we were not happy with their finishes and the buildings just didn't seem solid enough . We found Adam and Paul on line and went to look at a build they had in progress. We were much happier because it felt like a good solid building and the finishes were excellent. We worked mainly with Paul during the build and he could not have been more helpful and hands on. When we realised our original bathroom wasn't going to work for us he helped us re-design our shower so that it suited our needs perfectly, he even made a timber frame for our bathroom mirror to match the Hampton's vanity. We wanted to provide our own timber flooring and Paul laid it for us instead of the supplier, he did an amazing job and our floor looks fabulous. We have been in our new home for a few weeks now and we could not be happier. Adam and Paul have provided us with a very workable, comfortable, solid and well constructed home. I can highly recommend G & S Building to anyone.

  YES!!! All of our work is 100% insured!!! Completely guaranteed under Australian Law and our insurance company!!!! We also ask for a fair review after each one flare client. Our reputation is built on trust and quality our business is built on fair dealing and client communication.

• What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

  Site conditions Local council Zoning of allotment (the RP Lot #) Purpose of granny flat. (normally our owner-occupier dwellings are more expensive because we encourage them to make their new homes HOME!!! ) - we don't make any extra money with extra inclusions our margin in for managing the build!!
