Yes I am, I have public liability insurance to the valve of 20 million Dollars.I also have product insurance in case of failure. I belong to a professional association so they have their insurance.

I cannot recall at the moment but I do like that all my customers trust me so much to do the right thing they leave me with access to their properties and knowing the invoice that I send them will be fair and reasonable

Nearly every question is about the cost. Most times a plumbing problem cannot be given a accurate cost as there are a few variables. I always explain what has to be achieved with the cost.

It Depends on the work , if major renovations I come to site and discuss with the client then offer a fast competitive Quote. Smaller emergency repairs are charged by the hour but an estimate can be given

My Favorite are Hot water installs, home renovations including kitchen and bathrooms.Gas fitting installations to stoves, hot water systems.Generally Quotes are free.
