He is a Member of the Institute of Public Accountants, a Registered SMSF Auditor and also a Registered Tax Agent.  He has extensive experience and knowledge in all facets of taxation and accounting.  With the support of a competent and highly motivated team, his firm has grown into a dynamic and client-focused practice.  Brendan Bassa CA With six years’ experience within the accounting profession, Brendan has the necessary skill set to confidently attend to your Taxation and Business Accounting requirements.  He is a Chartered Accountant who holds a Diploma of Financial Planning.  Brendan has a passion for business structuring and tax minimisation, especially for owner/manager businesses.  His comprehensive knowledge of superannuation is also highly valued by clients.  Carmen Turner C.dec With over 20 years’ experience, Carmen is our resident bookkeeper and assistant accountant.  Her working knowledge of MYOB is notable and her meticulous attention to detail is too.  She is driven to deliver accurate, timely and substantiated information and solutions to our clients.  Samantha Beasant Samantha is our initial contact point for clients and guests at General Taxation Services.  She assists our team of accountants by liaising with all statutory authorities and works to resolve all administration matters for clients.  Sam is also responsible for the maintenance of our clients’ corporate secretarial work; i.e. the electronic lodgement of forms with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, the Australian Business Register and the Australian Taxation Office.
