Despite what any cleaner tells you, stain can always be removed.... sometimes the use of a knife to perform a repair is the cheaper option on exotic stains, but at least you will know and have the option with us!

Q. Can you remove stain "X"  A. Yes! Most often as part of our regular cleaning process, if not, with specialised spot and stain treatment  Q. Do you work weekends/public hollidays and 24 hrs A. Yes! A small surcharge applies to these timeslots  Q. Do you dry clean or steam clean? A. Both! We reccomend what is most suitable based on the type of stains and carpet fibre composition. A Dry Clean is normally our reccomendation due to the increased agitation, but if we think a steam clean will get a better result (and in some situations it can) we may reccomend that instead

-  Prepare your rooms - collect clutter from floors and move some of the things out that you can easily, we'll move things like tables chairs etc side to side, so dont worry about those. -  Dont try pre treating stains unless you know what your doing! Anything other than gentle blotting with a cloth and coolmwater runs the risk of making the stain harder to remove so leave it to the experts if we're already comming! -  Ensure someone is there to meet us at your booking time, or that alternative arrangements have been made for keys etc. dont disconnect electricity or water untill after your booking day
