1. If there are items that needed to be disassembled, did you want us to assemble it at the new property? Sometimes customers may not want to because they are not using the bed etc..  2. Can we park on the driveway? park on the street in front of the house? park on the street, down the road? something trickier?  3. Are there any stairs of steps? Width and how many? width? what is it made out of? glass? etc. Is it a spiral stair case?   4. Any heavy items over 120kg? eg. cabinet, piano, photocopier, pool table.  5. Any delicate items? eg. grandfather clock, picture frames, glass tables  6. Are you doing the packing or would like us to handle that?   7. What kind of access is available? eg. single or double door for front door?
