  We did NOT move with Gold Star. We had arranged everything with them and they sent us the final details for the move and said to either phone to pay or request an invoice. We could not get them on the phone nor by email. After over week of unsuccessful and multiple attempts by both methods, we received a call from We Move Group. At first I was confused and told them that we were already going with Gold Star, and they explained that they were doing it instead of them. It would have been good for Gold Star to tell us that this was their plan. Until then, they were good to work with. A very nice young man did a site visit and suggested we may like an all in one price. He gave us a good deal and within two days they sent the confirmation email and we were ready to book. They may have done a good job, but all we know is they left us hanging and had someone else take over without letting us know. The new ones said it would be the same, but the quote they sent did not seem to include all the same things. We are working it out with them. It may work out well. We will see.
