" I started with Bowen therapy because I had an injury with my right knee. What we found was the issue wasn't directly associated to the knee... More around the supporting areas, Hips, lower back, hamstrings, thighs etc. Then with some gentle hands - two weeks later, treatment has improved my movement to the point I can run freely & I’m finding that confidence in my agility once again.I'm running light & feeling free!
