Yes we are insured and have public liability as well as professional indemnity insurance for $ 20 Mio. We do not give guarantees as no one can or should guarantee behavioural changes.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

One of my dogs started showing sings of being anxious and scared and I wanted to help him cope better with his problems. I started studying and loved it. The rest is history.

I had a client with an 11 year old dog reactive dog and she had tried a lot of different dog trainers but no one could get he dog to the point that she could actually join a class. After a few one on one sessions she joined our class and both dog and owner loved it.

We get results fast and efficiently without using any force or punishment. We help people improve their relationship with their dog or puppy and this in turn helps solve most problems. Dog training should be fun and not a chore.

You should always make sure your chosen trainer is appropriately qualified. You should also ask what kind of techniques they are using. If they do not use positive reinforcement techniques only stay away. Ask what they do it your dog or puppy does the wrong thing. The answer should be interrupt - redirect - reward.

We are qualified and tell you exactly what methods we are using. And we only use positive reinforcement techniques which are proven to be the most effective and with the least side effects. We are also members of the Delta Professional Dog Trainers Association and adhere a strict code of ethics.

We only use positive reinforcement training techniques and get fast results. We also run training classes for puppies and teenage dogs. Our in home consultations are backed up by unlimited email and phone support.

I need to know the age of your dog or puppy, the suburb you live in, your availability and any problems you would like to solve. The more information we have about your issues the better we can help.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Accepted Answer

We get results fast and very effectively. Our class prices are less than most of the competition despite the class being longer and with less dogs and puppies than most other businesses.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

We have a fixed price for all of our services. Our puppy pre school goes for 4 weeks one hour each week at $ 160. Our classes for teenage dogs go for 5 weeks and cost $ 220. An in home consultation costs $ 180. Casual agility classes are $ 20 for the hour.

We specialise in puppies, teenage dogs as well as any problems you might like to address such as juvenile exuberance, house training, barking, an addition to your family, etc etc

I hold a Certificate IV in companion animal services and I am Delta qualified and a member of the Delta professional dog trainer association.
