We recommend one of our standard website packages - we have one that suits every budget . We can always quote for more specialized requirements if required. We have packages starting from $549.
What makes your pricing competitive?
For $549, you can have a professional looking website (4 pages or less) that promotes your business. This also includes hosting for the first year and routine maintenance of the website. And don't forget, this also includes e-mail addresses for your business! After the first year we continue to host the site and maintain it for a nominal annual fee.
Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?
We offer a personalized and friendly (but professional) service. We do not use jargon or buzz words to impress our customers (unless you are technically proficient). We don't charge for our advice - small business owners are stretched to the limit as it is - so we help as much as we can to make your life easy!

A customer can save time (and perhaps money) by doing the following preparatory work for the website:
1. Think about your prospective customers and put together enough information (text) to attract them to your business
2. Collect any suitable photos/graphics for the site
3. Think about the common phrases (or keywords) that customers would use to search for your type of business/service. Try and incorporate these in to your website text.
4. Website designers expect material for the website from you. This should be in computer ready form. If you give newspaper cuttings or photos that need photo-shopping, then it is a lot more work for them (and may cost you more).
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
In order to give an accurate quote, we need to know:
1. Purpose of website and functionality required (for example, do you plan to sell services/goods)
2. How many pages (this is for normal business sites) do you think you might need
3. Any other services (besides website design) required?
4. If revamp of existing website, current website address and the potential changes required.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
However, our relationship with our customer does not end once the website is completed and launched. We provide routine maintenance of the site for the first and subsequent years (nominal fee after first year).

Well, website design obviously involves a bit of creativity. We also realized that there are so many small businesses that do not want the jargon and tech-talk - they want someone who can explain things simply and help their business get an online presence. We felt we had all of these qualities, so here we are!
Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
Sure! When talking to potential customers, we often hear the line - but I already have so many customers, why do I need a website? A medical centre that we visited said something similar. That new patients find them via word-of-mouth. After a few months, the medical centre management changed their minds and got a website and their business grew in a short space of time. This is despite having a lot of competing practices in the vicinity. Remember that websites take time to mature and do well in internet searches - so the sooner you get one, the better!
