  Gregg promised to give us a fixed quote for repairing our dishwasher on the phone, came and checked the machine and said it would cost us around $300. He charged us $120 for his first visit, saying that it would be included in the fixed quote he gave us initially. Then, he sent us a brief message saying the spare pieces he was looking for were more expected than he thought, so we had to pay more, an amount close to $400. I am still trying to recover my $120 from him. He is not trustworthy at all, he’s a scammer, so, definitely stay away from him.

  Greg was pleasant to me, although my wife felt a little like she was being spoken down to. Greg was good at isolating the issue with our oven, although left a deep scratch in our wooden floor when removing the oven and moving if on our bare wooden kitchen floor! If not for the mistake with the floor and the way my wife felt, it would be a 4-star job.
