  Morris and his team were fantastic from start to finish. From first point of contact communication was clear and consistent. Morris was professional, prompt, courteous and did an incredible job. We are stoked with the finished product. Can’t recommend Hana Group enough!

  Poor quality of work, I have contacted Morris several, he doesn’t answer his phone, not responding to the messages. The nod is unfinished, the fence he installed is falling a part.

I have maintained consistent communication regarding the minor defects captured in the provided photos and assured you that we would address them promptly. During the weekend, I apologize for any inconvenience caused by my unavailability due to a poor service area, which may have resulted in missed calls. It was not my intention to imply that I was unresponsive. Regarding the condition of the fence, I'd like to clarify that the images you referenced depict a few exposed nails and a gap beneath the fence. It was clearly stipulated in our initial agreement that only one plinth would be installed, and I can confirm that the fence is structurally sound. It's important to note that after completing the project, both you and the customer expressed satisfaction with the work, even inquiring about additional services from our company—a fact that we can substantiate with documented proof. I wish to address any concerns you may have had, and I genuinely believe that the statements made in your review do not accurately reflect the quality of our work or our commitment to customer satisfaction.
