  I am a sole trader and have been running my consulting business for four years. I started working with Daniel in late March/early April 2023, as I needed assistance with my business accounting and tax needs - prior to engaging Daniel, I had been doing all of this myself. After feeling like I had been paying too much tax, I asked Daniel to look into my previous years' tax returns to see if there were any discrepancies. In no time at all, Daniel identified that I had overestimated my income and had overpaid tax (by a significant amount) in multiple years. He was able to get all of the paperwork completed and filed with the ATO - and I recently received the refund, which was very welcome! Daniel has also been doing my quarterly BAS/PAYGI and has again been able to identify additional items I should have been claiming, helping me to better manage my finances and improving my cashflow overall. Additionally, and although this was technically out of scope, Daniel was able to put me in touch with a mortgage broker he recommended - who was fantastic. It was a huge relief at such a stressful time. Daniel has been wonderful to work with and has been able to address all my questions and concerns quickly and efficiently. I will be continuing to engage Daniel for all my business accounting and tax needs moving forward and would highly recommend him to other sole traders and small businesses.
