What makes your pricing competitive?

Unlike other trainers who price per session (eg, $80 for a 60-minute session) I price my services as an all-inclusive package, which enables me to provide you with far more contact hours of 1-on- coaching outside of your training sessions (you will receive 1-on-1 sessions on goal setting, motivation and mindset, and food habits).   Price per week could be $150 for a package which includes two training sessions per week, but this is not the price of the sessions. This weekly cost covers all of your ongoing assessments, home movement plan, healthy lifestyle education materials, exclusive access to my online video exercise library, unlimited email and phone support, bonus mindset and motivation coaching sessions, behaviour change coaching and resources, a meal plan designed in partnership with a credentialed Nutritionist (if you're on the upper-level programs) and ongoing goal setting and evaluation throughout your program to keep track.   There is no other health and fitness service like this in Canberra. Guaranteed you receive excellent value for the number of hours I work with you and for you behind the scenes.

How do you normally charge for your service?

I have a range of payment options depending on which program you choose and how long you would like to work with me. All payments are done by direct debit (you can choose either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).

I place a heavy focus on MINDSET, behaviour, and emotional health and wellbeing. Learning to overcome both internal and external obstacles and struggles is the key to feeling and looking great, and loving your body and yourself life for the rest of your life. I will help strengthen not just your body but your mind and emotions, and teach you how to craft a more positive and resilient mindset.
