  Friendly service and job was done quickly. The two removalists were very helpful and went out of their way to pick up an additional item between houses! Would highly recommend!

  The 2 men who came were polite & got on with the job, I don't have a problem with their service until I queried a chip in the wall & they said it wasn't them (even though the house was brand new). My problem arose when my washing wouldn't work. I call for a techinican who said the starter pin was broken when the top of the machine was pulled (which I saw the removalists do) The technician suggested I contact them to let them know what had happened & maybe they pay some of the fee. I wrote a pleasant letter explaining what happened & they NEVER RESPONDED. My husband was also moving from the property & book the same guys to move him. Sadly they were a NO SHOW. When he rang to find out what happened he was told they wouldn't go to that address as I had complained!!! I too rang to find out why they were a NO SHOW & was told by the boss he would need to look at his records. 2 1/2 weeks later HG Removalists haven't contacted me. They have chosen to ignore me !! I'M REALLY CROSS

  Harry and his team of men were very careful moving all my furniture. There was no damage to my furniture or the property I was moving out of, or the property I moved in to. I had a lot of heavy and awkward items and this proved no problem to the guys either. They were patient and polite to deal with and gave me a great deal. I would recommend HG Removals and Transport to anyone contemplating a move and would use them again in the future
