Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Under QLD dept of Justice licence requirements all security providers must provide insurance.  We Cary $10,000,000 in public liability insurance.  As a member of ASIAL if as a customer we fail to address or fix any issue related to the service we provided a customer can lodge a complaint with ASIAL who will instruct us to correct the problem or risk action including cancelation of membership which can result in licence suspension.  As a member of ASIAL our customers can be assured that if we do not resolve a problem or complaint ASIAL will insure you the client has the works corrected to insure the customer is looked after.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

As an apprentice electrician I would assist installing security systems on weekends.  I found it rewarding to help people stop fearing because of what we could provide.

I always want my clients to have a more advanced system for similar price to what my competitors had to offer.  Meeting people from all walks of life, different needs for different people, providing on going support by phone, long after the warranty is finished.

How long have they been doing this for ?    Can you prove references of recent work?  What is the warranty period ?  Do you provide a 24hr Service?  Do you hold a current Security Provider licence ?  Do you provide more than one brand of equipment you use?

How can we best protect ourselves ?  I always address that with what do you believe is your biggest threat?  From there I learn where and what to build a system around.  Then everyone has different requirements and needs they want from a system, and then price, I like to provide a range of offers generally this is enough to suit most budgets.

Our reputation.  Built on many years of experience, locality and commitment to ensure our clients needs are meet.  As a duly licensed security company and provider strict checks occur daily.  A provider can not have a criminal record or association.  The QLD dept of Justice scans the legal system daily, all operators have been finger printed by QLD POLICE and checked nationally.  Every security company is audited every 3 years to ensure strict compliance requirements are followed.

What services are you looking for?  Cameras, Alarms, Access Control, Alarm Monitoring, if it's for a home, office or requires pre cable services.  The more information provided the better and faster we can provide an accurate quote.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Get other quotes always, compare all quotes by making sure items and quantity are the same, warranties are the same, we promise that if a competitor who is duly licensed proves in writing a system using same specification equipment we will beat it by 10%.  We will always consider a price match offer, however that does not mean we can or will better a price.  We promise that within 48 business hours of receiving an order of acceptance of a quote we promise to have it installed.  (Note excludes public holidays).

10% Discount on services** includes, labour and any parts, where we provide Back to Base 24hour Grade A1 monitoring we will provide free annual service of system valued at $120 on annual monitoring rate.  (**Note:  10% discount is not applicable on monitoring services).  Annual back to Base Alarm monitoring is $330 for domestic or $401 on a business.

Bulk buying power means our customers save, we work on lower margins, higher turn over and usually double the warranties.  We won't compromise quality of equipment for a price.  We do offer price match if you find the same spec equipment we have provided  for less in writing, we look to beat the price by 10%.  We also offer our 48 business hour installation Guarantee.  From time of written acceptance of our quote we will have your system installed.  (Excludes public holidays or weekends).

How do you normally charge for your service?

New customers require payment on completion.  We accept, Visa and MasterCard and EFTPOS with terminals in all vehicles.  Terms are provided to approved businesses.  Residential clients qualify after we have got to know you.

All forms of Electronic Security, we look to build custom designed systems to suit each application and budget.  As we all know every application is different.  We provide Grade A1 monitoring services including, IP, video confirmation, emergency call stations, GPS Tracking,  general Back to Base Alarms are provided. We specialise in Access Control systems for clubs, clinics and sports providers using proven and accepted equipment.  All our equipment is made in either, UK, Canada, France and Israel.  Our warranties are from 2-5 years on parts and equipment.

Trade qualified Electrician,  system certifications, in telecommunications and cabling, Fiber optic qualifications, network systems.  we are QLD Department of Justice Licensed, member of ASIAL.
