I had always loved how exercise made me feel. The endorphins and the bonus of gaining muscle, feeling alive and feeling great made me want to share and encourage other to have that sense of wellbeing.

Are you child friendly? Yes but your children are you responsibility Do you offer casual Small Group PT? No I don't believe in just "casual fitness" my client come to me for a lifestyle change and that is what they get, it's routine, it's lifestyle.  Clubbercise is my only "casual" paid class as this is more of a group fitness session and is something very different and special! A must try for all those lovers of dance music of the 90's and 00"s
