Yes, we are insured and we standby our work. In fact if we quote one hour for a sevice and we feel the customer would benefit from a bit more work we will spend the extra time(15-20) minutes free of charge. Not one customer complained to us to date for us soending more time on them and not charging for it!

We need honest information as to what problems/issues the customer has, when he/she would like to see us, whether they will come to us or whether we should go to them (mobile services), the length of the service they seek, all the personal info and medical history need to book them in for service.  In some serious medical cases like cancer, we may need a doctor's referral! It is for the interest of the customer so that we can provide the most appropriate service

Be honest from the get go regarding what services or treatment you seek/need/want for the medical or emotional state you are in and you will get the cheapest price and earliest appointment we can give you. If you have an emergency need for one or more of our sevices we can be contacted in 24/7 and we will fit you in as soon as humanly possible
