Of course I guarantee all my work, if your not 100% happy you don't have to pay, I do have a simple standard contract, which lays out all expectations of myself and also the clients.

Working in a photo lab, I did some poster design and artwork and a photographer said to me,  "what are you doing here? You should be doing graphic design ! " The rest is history.

Don't think in this case it's a matter of asking the right questions, it's more about a type of style they might be after and in most cases it ends up being about who u like to work with and your customer relationship. I'm pretty easy to work with and pride myself on my clients always coming back.

How much is the most commonly asked question...  It's very difficult to answer as all projects are different, but I put it to people like this!  Agencies for top end senior designers charge $120 an hour  min charge for design work is $ 30 this is my fee Obviously that doesn't include printing costs but I rather be working doing what I love, than not at all. This is a competitive business and that's what my price reflects not the quality of my work.

I'm a woman of my word if it's going to be done it will, if there is something your not happy with I'll change it, I go the extra mile for all my clients.

Creating is what I was meant to do it's hard wired into my brain, it's what i've always done and I love to do it! Being passionate is not just enough having talent and an eye for detail makes you stand out in this industry,  I'm not here to do half asked work, it has to be brilliant.

Have a name picked out and having a serious concept of what you or your business is about. If you need high end printing or have more budget concerns, letting me know always makes a difference. Being open to other ideas like radio can save you a lot of cash when trying to advertise.

Being flexible and not overpriced is important to me of course my time is worth money, but in this day and age for me it's about the work and a happy client that is the real prize.

Depending on what the job entails and how many hours are spent if there are print runs and if all rights are signed over..  Hourly $30. unless we agree on a fixed rate due to budget restrictions.
